Welcome to the Taipale lab website! We employ and develop functional proteomics and genomics tools to study random things we find interesting. This includes transcriptional and posttranscriptional regulation, induced proximity, pathogenic variation, host/pathogen interactions, and protein design — or more specifically, anything that is scalable and fun.
Our research group is located in the Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomedical Research in Toronto, Canada. The Donnelly Centre is the nicest, coolest and bestest research institute in functional genomics and proteomics!
